AstroAccess and the Haughton-Mars Project (HMP), a leading planetary field research project located on the world’s largest uninhabited island, Devon Island, in the Arctic, are thrilled to announce a new partnership.

The Haughton-Mars Project is part of a prestigious research facility used as an analog to study the geology and possible biology of Mars and other planetary bodies, and to advance their future exploration by robots and humans. To celebrate their new partnership, we will be streaming a collaborative virtual event for the public to learn more about the two programs! This virtual webinar will feature SETI Institute planetary scientist, the Founder of the Mars Institute, and Director of the Haughton-Mars Project, Pascal Lee, who will be calling in live from the HMP Arctic research site!
